Refund Policy

• You are only eligible for Return/ Exchange if you have ordered an incorrect size and looking for exchange.
• If you are eligible, you can write to us at wecare@aticx.com within 7 days of receiving the product. NO complaints after that shall be entertained.
• Someone from our team will contact you to understand the issue. Once approved, you need to ship the product back to us within 72 hours of receiving an e-mail. ATICX Venture LLP will NOT accept any return shipped after 72 hours period. You need to share the docket number/ tracking ID with us at wecare@aticx.com once you ship the product.
• The shipping cost for Return/ Exchange will be borne by you. We recommend you ship the product using India Post's "Speed Post" service.
• Once we receive the product, we will check for defects, signs of wear, distinct odours, etc. We request you to pack the product securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and preserve the product in its original condition with original packaging and tags intact. In case we are not satisfied with the condition of the product, we will ship it back to you.
• If the returned product passes our quality checks, we will ship the requested size within 72 hours. In case the size is not available, we will refund the amount to your ATICX™ Wallet. You can use the amount to shop with us in the future. In case, you wish to receive the refund in your bank account, it will be credited within 5-7 working days.
• In case the product fails the quality checks, we will ship the same to you within 72 hours. Exchange process can take up to 7 days. Please bear with us. Sorry for any inconvenience caused during the period.
• In the case of Return/ Exchange, if the item is lost-in-transit, ATICX Venture LLP is not liable to pay any damages or provide replacement.
• Return/ Exchange is limited to ONCE, per order.
• Products bought from sale shall NOT be eligible for Return/ Exchange. Not even for incorrect size.
• Undergarments, Socks and Boxers are NOT eligible for Return/ Exchange. Ever!
• We assure you that we investigate thoroughly and fairly before taking any action.
